Early registration is advised to ensure space at the meeting.

Registration Notes:
Registration includes certification stamp, program syllabus, welcome receptions and refreshments during lectures.  Course outlines will be e-mailed to each participate prior to the meeting.
Registration will be confirmed in writing and more information on travel, resort and activities will be sent closer to departure dates.
In the event of program cancellation by OTCE, full tuition refund will be sent.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refunds within 60 days of meeting.
A $100 processing fee is nonrefundable but may be applied to a future conference if cancelled 60 days prior to meeting.
