Speakers
Tony Litwak, OD graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and completed his residency at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. He is program director of Ocular Therapeutics and past residency and student director of the Maryland Health Care System Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr. Litwak brings years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. He is author of “The Glaucoma Handbook” and a founding member of the Optometric Glaucoma Society and National Glaucoma Society. Dr. Litwak is clinical professor at Pennsylvania College of Optometry, New England College of Optometry, SUNY College of Optometry, Southern College of Optometry and UAB College of Optometry.
Speakers
Jim Thimons, OD is an Ohio State University graduate and completed his residency at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. He is currently the Center Director for Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut and has been one of optometry’s most popular lecturers. He is a clinical authority on anterior segment disease and refractive surgery. He is a founding member of the Optometric Glaucoma Society and National Glaucoma Society. Dr. Thimons has received numerous professional awards, authored over 50 publications and conducted eight clinical research projects. He is the clinical professor at The New England College of Optometry and has been voted one of optometry’s 10 most influential people.
