Registration Notes:
Registration includes certification stamp, program syllabus, and refreshments during lectures.
   Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. Course outlines will be e-mailed to each participate prior to the meeting. 
In the event of program cancellation by OTCE, full tuition refund will be sent.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refunds within 60 days of meeting.
A $100 processing fee is nonrefundable but may be applied to a future conference if cancelled 60 days prior to meeting.
